History of Accolade Support

Accolade Support is a division of Tier 3 Support, Inc which was founded in 2001 by former co-workers with extensive experience working in call centers, in sales positions, or as technicians..  The company founders remained friends after a software company that they worked for went through downsizing in the late 1990’s.  The company began call center operations in an office in Albuquerque, New Mexico, that was under 1,000 square feet, with the founders taking phone calls alongside their first staff members.  From there, the company expanded into a 12,000 square foot call center facility.  In 2005 the company moved to a phone system that enables remote agents to meet the expansion needs of our client members and unleash Accolade Support from the constraints of a physical brick and mortar call center in order to meet the changing, diverse, and growing needs of businesses today.

 

Accolade Support; A Different & Better Solution

Accolade Support doesn’t operate in the same fashion as most call centers in several ways.  For example, rather than having a separate sales force to sell our services, we utilize our own call center agents to answer our sales lines when you call us.  At Accolade Support we believe that if a call center can’t use their own agents to answer their own sales calls, then they shouldn’t be answering your sales calls.

 

This seems like a very basic concept, yet most call centers don’t have their own agents taking their sales calls.  When we’ve called around to some of our competitors sales departments, we sometimes even get voicemail.  Every call center knows that voicemail is instant death for a sales lead.
